FRANCONIAN LAMB WEEKS Enjoy from March till Easter our Lamb Weeks. Shepherds, butchers and caterers from the franconian nature park formed together the conservation Project “Frankenhöhe Lamm”. If you enjoy lamb meet once in a while from the region, you are also helping to take care of the landscape with knife and fork and helping to make a direct contribution to the conservation of the Nature and the Nature park.
